Most of my mediations are conducted by Zoom or Teams, but I am happy to do in person mediations either at the office of plaintiff's counsel or defense counsel. If the parties and counsel prefer a "neutral site", I will procure a location at no additional expense to the parties.
My current fee schedule for a full day mediation is:
If you prefer a half day mediation, I am happy to oblige at a rate of $5,000.
Once counsel and the parties select a date for mediation, we will send confirmation and will issue invoices to the respective parties. To continue to hold the date, please provide payment within two weeks of scheduling.
If you need to move a scheduled mediation for any reason, please contact me and I will work with you to find a solution.
